Daily care for an edge banding machine

A short guide from the Cortex National technical team. Exact specifications are on each machine page and in the quotation.

  1. Clean burnt glue from the glue pot regularly.
  2. Keep pre-milling and trimming cutters sharp; dull cutters leave a rough edge.
  3. Clean the dust extraction and brushes, and check the required air pressure.
  4. Any unusual noise or vibration: stop the machine and contact support before the fault grows.
