Short guides to choose the right machine and keep it running, a quick comparison of machine types, and answers to common questions.
Buying & maintenance guides
How to choose the right CNC router
- Start with your sheet size: 1300 × 2500 covers most sign and carving work; 2000 × 3000 suits full sheets and doors.
- Decide on automatic tool change: if a part needs several bits (cut + carve + pocket), ATC saves a lot of time.
- A vacuum table holds sheets without screws and suits nesting; a T-slot table suits varied carving and cutting.
- Spindle power and drive type (stepper or servo) set speed and accuracy in continuous production.
Fiber laser or CO2 laser?
- Fiber lasers cut metals: steel, stainless, aluminium and brass.
- CO2 lasers cut non-metals: acrylic, wood, MDF, fabric and leather — the best fit for signs and gifts.
- If your work mixes both (acrylic signs with stainless letters), the answer is usually two machines, or a CO2 laser plus a channel-letter machine.
Daily care for an edge banding machine
- Clean burnt glue from the glue pot regularly.
- Keep pre-milling and trimming cutters sharp; dull cutters leave a rough edge.
- Clean the dust extraction and brushes, and check the required air pressure.
- Any unusual noise or vibration: stop the machine and contact support before the fault grows.
How to choose an edge banding machine
- Start with tape thickness and panel thickness. The edge banders in our catalog apply 0.4 – 3 mm tape to 8 – 42 mm panels.
- Each extra station, such as pre-milling, corner rounding or scraping and buffing, cuts manual finishing after the machine and gives a cleaner edge.
- Daily output sets the speed and automation you need: a small kitchen workshop differs from a furniture line running all day.
- Before ordering, check power, air pressure and floor space on site; our team confirms them with you before supply.
Sliding table saw or automatic panel saw?
- A sliding table saw is flexible: the operator moves the table and cuts varied sizes and shapes, which suits workshops whose work changes daily.
- An automatic panel saw cuts under CNC control from a cutting list, giving repeatable sizes and relying less on operator skill.
- If most orders are panels in repeated sizes (kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture), the automatic saw saves time and labour. For varied, small batches, the sliding saw is the better value.
- Many workshops start with a sliding saw, add an automatic panel saw as output grows, and keep the sliding saw for special cuts.
Preventive maintenance: why it costs less than a breakdown
- One stopped machine in a kitchen or furniture line stops every stage after it, and a day of downtime usually costs more than a maintenance visit.
- A preventive visit checks the machine against a fixed checklist: lubrication, belts and cutters or bits, compressed air, electrics and sensors, and cleanliness.
- After each visit you should receive a written report of what was checked and what needs replacing soon, so the part is ordered before it fails.
- Log running hours and any recurring noise or fault. That log shortens diagnosis on every visit.

Questions we often get
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because price depends on size, power, configuration and options. We understand your need first, then send a clear technical quotation.
I don't know which machine I need. What should I do?
Use the machine advisor, or WhatsApp us a photo of your work with the material and sizes, and our team will recommend the right solution.
Do you install and train in Kuwait?
Yes. Our technical team in Kuwait handles installation, commissioning and operator training; the scope is stated in the quotation.
What is the warranty?
One year from installation against manufacturing defects.
Are spare parts available?
Yes, spare parts are available with technical support. Send a photo of the part and the machine nameplate and we will identify the right part.
Do you service machines you did not supply?
Send us the machine type, a nameplate photo and the fault description, and our technical team will tell you what can be done.
How long is delivery?
It depends on the machine and configuration; delivery time is stated clearly in the quotation.
